This is where your pup’s journey begins! Our reception area is where we greet our guests, discuss grooming needs, check pets in and out, and answer any questions you may have. Feel free to relax in our seating area while our team gets your furry conductor ready for their spa day.

This comfortable waiting area is where pups relax before and after their grooming appointment. Our kennels are cleaned and sanitized regularly, and we strive to make every guest feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while they wait for their turn on the grooming express.

Our Price List & Details
Our pricing is based on your desired services (+add ons), your dog’s size, coat condition (matting, fleas, etc), and temperament (behavior). Final pricing will be discussed with you upon completion of services. All Saturday appointments will have a mandatory $10 convenience fee added to them.
For the safety and cleanliness of our salon, a mandatory $35 flea and tick treatment fee will be added to your final total if fleas or ticks are found during your dogs appointment. Please note: Even if your dog does not go outside, dogs not currently on flea and tick prevention are still susceptible to exposure from outdoor environments or contact with other animals that may carry fleas or ticks. Please do not bring your dog in for walk-in services if they currently have fleas or ticks, as services will be declined at check-in.

Meet Jackey! The proud owner and “pack leader” of Tramway Dog Grooming🐾 With over a decade of grooming experience, Jackey opened TDG alongside her husband, Ian, in 2021. Known for her calm, compassionate approach, she loves helping dogs of all breeds feel safe, comfortable, and pampered during their spa day 🐶🛁 While she adores every pup, she does have a soft spot for Doodles and Shih Tzus 😉 When she’s not grooming, Jackey enjoys spending time with family and staying involved in her local community. Jackey is incredibly grateful for every client who trusts her and her team with their furry family members and can’t wait to welcome your pup(s) into the TDG pack! 🛁✨🐶

Meet Ian! 🐾 Ian is the proud co-owner of Tramway Dog Grooming, running the salon alongside his wife, Jackey. Since joining the dog grooming world in 2015, he’s become the backbone of TDG, helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Whether he’s tackling maintenance projects, organizing the day, jumping in wherever he’s needed, or making sure the team has what they need to succeed, Ian is always working hard to keep the salon moving forward. His calm, patient personality and willingness to help with anything make him an invaluable part of our TDG family.
When he’s not at the salon, you’ll find him spending time with family, loving on their poodles, or cooking up something delicious! 🐩❤️🍳

She has a special heart for pups that may need a little extra patience and understanding, and takes pride in creating a safe, loving experience for every furry friend 🖤🐕. Her clients appreciate the gentle care and tail-wagging happiness she brings to each groom!
Outside of the salon, Fee enjoys RV adventures, chasing beautiful views 🌄, and spending time with her three pups. She’s also passionate about rescuing animals because every pet deserves their paw-fect person 🐾💖 She can’t wait to meet your furry family members and give them a grooming experience they’ll woof about! 🐶✨

She’s an ADHD queen 👑, a proud momma of 4 💕, and when she’s not at the salon, you can find her adding to her tattoo collection🎨✨
Cat has a soft spot for squishy Frenchies 🐾💙 but is always so thankful to pamper each and every pup! Big, small, fluffy, or feisty! ✂️🐕

Meet Jessi!🐶❤️ Jessi is making an exciting career change after spending the last 10 years in cancer research, bringing with her a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others. Now she’s following her heart and turning her love for animals into her next adventure! 🐴 Jessi also spent 15 years competing in AQHA and NCHA horse events, giving her extensive experience working with animals of all sizes and personalities. 🐩 Her favorite breeds are Poodles and guardian breeds, but she has a special soft spot for Shelties. At home, she’s kept busy by her adorable Yorkie-Poo, Claire, and her cat, Ozzy. 🐾🐱
