Please call us at (919) 292-1711 to schedule an appointment. We schedule each client at a specific time and ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment. Once your pup is finished with their spa day, we will call you for pick up. We do not board dogs or allow dogs to mingle together. We do charge fees for any pup left in our facility for an extended period of time after their spa day. Please pick up promptly to avoid any fees.
Of course! We encourage this, as every groomer does things a little differently and it helps build a connection between groomer and dog. If you would like to use the same groomer for every visit, we suggest setting up a future appointments to ensure availability and certainty with your desired groomer.
We do not have a set weight limit for dogs. If you have a very large dog that cannot stand or needs to be lifted onto the table or into the tub, we ask that you please let us know this prior to booking so we can accommodate your pup and schedule accordingly.
No, we do not offer any grooming services for cats.
We only allow vet prescription shampoos from outside sources in our salon to prevent any contamination or outside irritants. We have many packages to choose from, from hypoallergenic, anti-septic/anti-fungal, oatmeal, etc - to help relieve skin irritation. Please discuss with us prior to booking if you have a prescription shampoo.
We provide tooth brushing with an enzymatic toothpaste and breath spray but we do not clean/scrape teeth. If your pet has a lot of plaque on their teeth, bad breath and/or their gums are red and appear irritated, they should be seen by a veterinarian.
For safety & insurance reasons, we don’t allow pet owners to assist in any part of the grooming process, but you’re welcome to wait in our lobby or your car if you’d like.
